If you’ve been around Aberdeen’s music scene for any time at all, you’ll have heard of The Fudge Music Awards. The annual celebration of local music sees votes cast and counted for fifteen categories, with awards given out at a chaotic, slightly unhinged yet always-entertaining ceremony, which this year takes place at Krakatoa on Saturday 11 March.
57 North volunteer Javier Burón has pulled together a video featuring the bands nominated for this year’s ‘Best Live Act’ category. Check out what Darth Elvis and The Imperials, Dear John, Depeche Choad, FaR, ROTU and The Smokin’ Bugler Band have to say for themselves below!
