Aberdeen-based thrash metal band Thrashist Regime are studio guests on our sister radio show 57 North Presents on Monday 23rd April.

Renowned for their energetic live shows, the band are following up their well-received 2012 debut 'Fearful Symmetry' with the release of a second full-length album ‘Carnival of Monsters’, due out later this month on local label Fat Hippy Records.

The new album promises “longer, more intricate songs which are both heavier and more melodic than anything the band have come up with before, whilst still maintaining a focus on blistering thrash”.

Amen to that.
