Independent Record Label Market: Glasgow
Tuesday 30th May 2017
We've run successful label markets in Aberdeen over the past three years, and now we're delighted to announce that we'll be part of the inaugural Independent Record Label Market: Glasgow.
Run in conjunction with 23rd Precinct Music and The Scottish Music Industry Association (SMIA), and taking place at the city’s Barras Art and Design Centre (BAaD) on Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd July, the market will see an eclectic selection of some of Scotland’s best independent record labels gather to sell their wares direct to the public.
The market will run from 11am-6pm on the Saturday, 11am-5pm on the Sunday, and admission is free.
We're expecting to see some labels from the North East there, and we'll be providing support and information for any labels from the region who'd like to attend, email us on info@57north.org for more details!
Labels who are SMIA members are entitled to 50% off stalls at this event. For more information, or if you would like to join the SMIA, please email robert@smia.org.uk
Finally, the Independent Record Label Market: Aberdeen will return in November, more details on that later this year!
